A rookie on a wrestling roster always seeks to impress and Dane King is no exception. In a case of poetic irony, his debut at KPW's "FEBRUARY'S FEUD" in 2010, the self-styled "Young Lion" aimed high and sought to take out a bite out of KPW's ringmaster turned master of the ring, Lazarus Volt. He impressed KPW fans with his tenacity and ferocity, but also stood out for his cocky attitude.
Dane King possesses a powerful build, devastating quickness and boundless energy, but it's wrapped up in a package of over-abundant confidence. With a growing understanding of the importance of tradition and respect, all King cares about is winning fair and square to prove beyond any doubt that he’s the better wrestler.
The new wrestler with the big ego soon collided with a similar-sized personality – that of commentator-turned wrestler “The Wonderful” Wilba Force. When the two met in the ring at KPW’s “Make or Break”, the bigger man handed out a hard-fought loss to the “Young Lion” then sought to use King to send a message to KPW by beating down on the hapless King with the nefarious assistance of Irishman Mike Ryan! Hating someone who couldn’t get the job done one-on-one and seeing that the odds were now two on one, Dane King joined forces with “The X-Factor” Mark Freemantle to take on Mike Ryan and Wilba Force at KPW “Halloween Howl 5” in a thunderous tag team encounter!
With his immodest claim of "I'm the best!" Dane King promises much and seeks to deliver. He’s certainly one to watch in KPW!
